Disaster Survival Skills For the Urban Environment

This is a slide presentation on Disaster Survival Skills put together by RACES (Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service) of Arlington Virginia.  From the information I have have been recieving it seems that the areas near Washington DC are getting a lot of additional training.  This includes not just communication training, but training on nuclear detonations and EMP.

I wish the government would take this type of training nationwide.
